Terms of Use

Last updated 6 September 2026. By using the Croodit app or https://croodit.com you agree to these terms.

What Croodit is

Croodit is a tool that helps you create invoices, send them yourself over WhatsApp, and keep track of who has paid. It is not a payment gateway, a bank, an accountant or a tax adviser.

Your account

You need a working mobile number to sign in and you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and use Croodit for a lawful business.

What you're responsible for

Payments between you and your clients

Money moves directly from your client's UPI app to your UPI ID. Croodit never holds funds and is not a party to that transaction. Disputes, refunds and chargebacks are between you and your client.

Free tier and subscriptions

Croodit is free forever for up to 7 clients, with unlimited invoices to those clients. Croodit Pro lifts the client limit and is ₹199 per month or ₹1,599 per year after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed by the app store you bought them from, renew automatically, and can be cancelled there at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the period you have paid for intact.

Acceptable use

Do not use Croodit to send unsolicited bulk messages, to invoice for anything illegal, to impersonate someone else, or to attack, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Croodit running but provide it "as is", without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Keep your own exports — Settings → Export data.

Ending it

You can stop using Croodit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having jurisdiction.
