Do you need software that runs your classes, or only software that gets you paid?

Choose by what your client does between payments, not by price. Buying stock from you: inventory billing such as Vyapar. Following your programme in an app: practice-management software such as Fitqii. Quoted, signed project work: freelance invoicing such as Riffit. The same people paying the same fee every month: you only need to get paid.

Last updated 21 October 2026 · Vyapar and Fitqii prices re-read from each company's own site on 11 October 2026; Bhar Do's on 12 October 2026; Riffit's on 21 October 2026

What does your client do between payments?

Most trainers, coaches and tutors compare invoicing apps on price and feature lists. Those vary less than what the apps assume about your client. Each tool below is built around one thing the client does, and it is only a good fit if your client does that thing.

The first three rows are tools that do more than collect a fee: they run your stock, your practice or your projects, and billing is one feature among many. Croodit sits in the fourth row. It sends the invoice, tracks who has paid, counts down class packs and writes the reminder. It has no stock, no workout plans, no booking and no contracts. Bhar Do sits there too, and has its own section below.

What each one costs, side by side

Every competitor figure was read from the company's own site, not from a review aggregator: Bhar Do's on 12 October 2026, Riffit's on 21 October 2026, the rest on 11 October 2026. Each comparison page linked below says where the other product is the better buy.

The one closest to Croodit: Bhar Do

Bhar Do, from 2001 Labs in Mumbai, sits in the same row as Croodit. It is built for the same people (tutors, personal trainers and fitness coaches who bill per session or per month) and works the same way: the invoice goes from your own WhatsApp number, carries your UPI QR, and the money lands in your bank with nothing for the client to install. The difference is where you work. Bhar Do is a WhatsApp chat you type into ("Taught Priya maths, 2 hours"), and it also has a client booking page. Croodit is a phone app built around a roster and class packs that count themselves down.

Where Bhar Do wins. It works on any phone with WhatsApp today, including an iPhone, while Croodit is on Android only. If you get one of its first 50 founding seats, a year of Pro is ₹999 against Croodit Pro's ₹1,599. If you log one-off sessions rather than a fixed monthly fee, typing a line into a chat is the faster habit.

Where Croodit wins. Its free plan covers 7 clients with unlimited invoices, where Bhar Do Starter stops at 3 clients and 5 invoices a month. Pro is ₹199 a month against Bhar Do's ₹399 once the founding seats are gone. And on reminders, Croodit's line is fixed: it notifies you on day 3, 7 and 10 and never messages a client by itself. Bhar Do's own pages describe its reminders both as cards you forward and as "automated", so ask before you rely on either.

Five rosters, five honest answers

Who this page is not for

If you run a studio with instructors on staff, you need class booking, timetables and instructor payouts. Look at studio management platforms such as Momoyoga or Bookee. We have not compared them, and Croodit has no concept of staff.

If you invoice companies against purchase orders, you want email delivery, payment terms and an audit trail. Refrens and Zoho Invoice are built for that. A WhatsApp message will not speed up a company's accounts payable cycle.

Questions people ask before choosing

I have about 20 students paying me monthly and I just want the fees to come in without chasing. Which of these is cheapest?

Two of them cost nothing at 20 students. Fitqii's Starter plan is free up to 25 clients, but your students move into the Fitqii app, and that is where they pay you. Vyapar's mobile app is free for life, but it is built around stock, so your batches go in as items, and Vyapar does not list which features the free plan leaves out. Its cheapest paid plan is ₹699 a year on Android. Croodit is free only up to 7 clients, so at 20 you would pay ₹1,599 a year for Croodit Pro, and Riffit Pro is ₹2,388 billed annually. Bhar Do's free plan stops at 3 clients, and its Pro is ₹399 a month, unless you get one of its first 50 founding seats at ₹999 a year, which is less than Croodit Pro. Decide which one fits the shape of your month first. The price gap between them is smaller than the gap between the products.

Which of these apps sends the payment reminder to my client for me?

Vyapar, Fitqii and Riffit all send reminders to your clients themselves. Bhar Do describes its reminders as "ready-made reminder cards" you forward in one tap, though its plan list calls them "automated payment reminders on WhatsApp", so ask it which one you would be getting. Croodit never messages a client. On day 3, 7 and 10 after an unpaid invoice it notifies you with the message already written, and you press send from your own WhatsApp. That is deliberate. An automated chaser to someone you teach at 6am tomorrow is the message most trainers would never have sent themselves. If you want the reminder fully automated, Croodit is the wrong choice.

Do my clients have to download an app to pay me?

With Fitqii, yes — the product is built around your client being inside its app, and that is where fees are collected, through a payment gateway you connect. With Croodit, no. Your client gets a WhatsApp message from your number with a PDF invoice and a Unified Payments Interface (UPI) pay link, and pays from Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or their bank app, straight into your UPI ID. Croodit is not a payment gateway, holds nothing and takes no cut.

Why aren't myBillBook, Khatabook, Zoho Invoice or Refrens on this page?

Because we have not compared them properly yet, and this page only lists comparisons whose figures we have read from the company's own site. Each of them is a real option. Zoho Invoice and Refrens suit invoicing companies against purchase orders, and myBillBook and Khatabook are ledger and billing apps for shops. They will appear here when there is a page behind them, not before.

Can I use Croodit today?

On Android, yes — Croodit is live on Google Play. The iPhone app comes later, so on an iPhone you can join the waitlist but not install it yet; Vyapar, Fitqii and Riffit all work on an iPhone today, and Bhar Do runs inside WhatsApp, so it needs no app at all. If you need to invoice someone from an iPhone this week, the free manual method works: a WhatsApp message with a UPI pay link.

Not ready to pick software at all?

The manual method is free and needs no app: how to send an invoice on WhatsApp with a UPI payment link, and how to ask a client for payment politely when it does not arrive. The full order of operations is in how to get paid on time as a trainer, coach or tutor.

Same people, same fee, every month? That's the one we built.

Free forever for up to 7 clients. You still press send — always.
