Croodit vs Fitqii

These are not two versions of the same product. Fitqii is fitness management software — workout plans, nutrition, scheduling, attendance, chat — that collects fees inside its own app, which your clients have to install. Croodit does none of that coaching work; it sends the invoice on the WhatsApp you already use and tracks who paid.

Start with the concession, because it is a big one

Fitqii's free plan covers 25 clients. Croodit's covers 7. If you have twenty regulars and you want to pay nothing, Fitqii Starter is free and Croodit is ₹199 a month. There is no reading of that which favours us, and a comparison page that buried it would not be worth your time.

Fitqii is also on iPhone and Croodit is not yet. Fitqii has iOS and Android apps for coaches and clients. Croodit is live on Google Play for Android; the iPhone app comes later. If you are on an iPhone and need fees collected this month, that settles it.

What the rest of this page is about is the thing those two facts do not tell you: the free 25 and the ₹3,749 a month above it both assume your clients are in an app. That assumption is the product, not a detail of it.

What Fitqii is

Fitqii describes itself as "Apps and Software for Fitness Communities, Strength and Conditioning Trainers, Yoga Instructors, Nutritionists and other Fitness Professionals", and it has its own landing pages for personal trainers, yoga instructors and Zumba trainers. It is a practice-management platform, and it is a broad one:

Croodit does exactly one of those ten things — it counts sessions against a class pack — and the rest of the list is a genuine, permanent gap on our side. Not a roadmap item. Croodit is an invoicing app and has no ambition to program anyone's squats.

What Fitqii costs

These were the plans on fitqii.com on 11 October 2026:

PlanPriceWhat it covers
StarterFreeUp to 25 clients, on the Fitqii app
Pro₹3,749/monthUp to 100 clients, on the Fitqii app
Prime₹14,999/monthUp to 500 clients, custom branded app
UnlimitedCustom, on requestUnlimited clients, custom branded app
Fitqii for BusinessFrom ₹15,000/monthA team of coaches: whitelabelled apps, API integration, priority support

Two things about that table matter more than the numbers in it. Only the free plan has a self-serve button — every paid tier says "Schedule a call". And the tier aimed at people like you has no published price at all: Fitqii lists a "Fitqii Pro — best for solo coaches" option with a slider from 5 clients up to 200, and no amount beside any position on it. So the cheapest Fitqii price a solo trainer can actually read is ₹3,749 a month, which is ₹44,988 a year, against Croodit Pro at ₹1,599 a year — a difference of ₹43,389.

On sourcing: Fitqii shows a struck-through higher figure beside each plan (Pro at ₹5,999, Prime at ₹19,999). The lower number is what it charges, so the lower number is what is used above. Ask them for the solo-coach price before you compare anything — we are not going to invent it for you.

Re-checked 11 October 2026: every plan price above, the solo-coach slider with no amount beside it, the "no service charges or commissions" payment line and the absence of any mention of GST were read again from fitqii.com and its personal trainer, Zumba trainer and yoga instructor pages. Nothing had changed since this page first went up on 21 September 2026.

The real fork: where your client has to be

Fitqii's own site says this better than we could. A customer quote on its homepage describes the win as moving a daily fitness community of 400 members off WhatsApp: "Running a daily fitness community of 400 members on Whatsapp was quite a task! With Fitqii, I have been able to move all of them to one App."

That is a completely reasonable goal for a 400-member community, and it is the opposite of Croodit's design. Croodit assumes your client will never install anything. They get a WhatsApp message from your number with a PDF invoice and a UPI pay link; they tap it, their own payment app opens, the money lands in your UPI ID. No account, no login, nothing to explain to the 58-year-old in your 6am batch.

The test is simple and it is not about features. Count how many of your clients would download an app, open it weekly, and go into it to pay you. If most of them would — because you are writing them individual programmes they need to read — Fitqii's model works and its fee collection comes free with the thing they are already opening. If the honest answer is "about four of them", then the app is a toll gate between you and your money, and every unpaid fee has a second possible cause: they did not open it.

What Croodit does not do, stated plainly

If two or more of those lines made you wince, you are shopping for management software and Croodit is the wrong page. Fitqii is a real answer, and so are Momoyoga, Bookee and the gym platforms.

Where Fitqii is the better choice — honestly

Where Croodit fits instead

The person this page is written for does not have a coaching-software problem. She has three Zumba batches and twenty-four people on ₹2,000 monthly packs, and what is broken is that nine of them have not paid, she cannot remember which nine, and the ₹2,000 credit that landed on Tuesday could have been any of them. She teaches the class and then spends the evening being an accountant.

Croodit saves your packages and rates once. You pick a client, tap what they bought, and WhatsApp opens with the message written, the invoice PDF attached and a UPI pay link ready — about thirty seconds. It tracks paid, pending and overdue, counts sessions down against the pack, and on day 3, 7 and 10 it notifies you with the follow-up already drafted. Nothing reaches a client until you press send, and the money goes straight to your own UPI ID: Croodit is not a payment gateway, holds nothing and takes no cut.

Who should pick which

If your product is the programme — individual workouts, nutrition plans, progress tracked week by week, clients who open an app because there is something in it for them — Fitqii fits, because fee collection rides along on a tool they are already using. Croodit would leave you buying a plan builder somewhere else.

If your product is the class and the only repeating thing is the fee — a batch turns up, dances for an hour, goes home, and pays monthly — Croodit fits because the invoice, the pack countdown and the reminder are the entire job, and nobody has to install anything to pay you. The version with your trade's real numbers is at fee collection for Zumba trainers, yoga teachers, tutors, nutritionists and photographers.

If you bill project work with quotations and signed contracts, neither of these is shaped right. Croodit vs Riffit covers that fork, and Riffit is live today.

If you sell goods out of stock or need GST filing support, look at a billing product instead — we compared one in Vyapar alternative for trainers and coaches.

If you invoice fewer than about five people a month, you may not need any of this. The free manual method is a PDF, a UPI link and a message. And if the blocker is not the software but the asking, how to ask a client for payment politely has the words for day 3, day 7 and day 10. The questions that come before the tool — whether you need a GST number at all, whether a UPI screenshot counts as proof — are indexed at how to get paid on time as a trainer, coach or tutor in India.

Questions people ask before they choose

I teach 3 Zumba batches and about 20 people pay me monthly. Fitqii is free up to 25 clients and Croodit isn't. Why would I pay?

At 20 clients you would be paying, and Fitqii's Starter plan would not. That is the honest position and it is the strongest argument on Fitqii's side of this page — Croodit's free tier stops at 7 clients, so a 20-person roster is Croodit Pro at ₹199 a month or ₹1,599 a year. The question worth asking is what the free 25 buys you. Fitqii Starter puts your 20 students into the Fitqii app, where they get workout plans, chat, attendance and progress tracking, and where they have to go to pay you. If you want that, take it — it costs nothing. If what you actually wanted was for the ₹2,000 fee to arrive without you typing "payment pending?" into a chat with someone you see at 7am tomorrow, you are installing a practice-management platform to solve an invoicing problem, and twenty people have to download an app for it to work.

What does Fitqii cost once I go past 25 clients?

The next rung with a published price is Pro at ₹3,749 a month for up to 100 clients — ₹44,988 across a year, read from fitqii.com on 11 October 2026. Above that, Prime is ₹14,999 a month for up to 500 clients and Fitqii for Business starts at ₹15,000 a month. Fitqii also lists a "Fitqii Pro — best for solo coaches" tier priced by client count, but it publishes no amount for it; the button says "Schedule a call". So the honest answer is that the solo-coach price is a number you get on a phone call, and the cheapest price Fitqii shows you in public is ₹3,749 a month. Croodit Pro is ₹1,599 a year for unlimited clients, which is ₹43,389 less than Fitqii Pro over twelve months. That gap is real, but it is a gap between two different products, not two versions of the same one.

Do my students have to download anything to pay me through Croodit?

No. They receive a WhatsApp message from your number with a PDF invoice and a pay link. They tap the link, their own UPI app opens — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or their bank app — and the money goes to your UPI ID. There is no Croodit account on their side, no login, no app to install and nothing for you to explain to a 58-year-old in your morning batch. This is the single biggest structural difference between the two products: Fitqii's value depends on your clients being in Fitqii, and Croodit's depends on them being nowhere at all.

Can Fitqii send a proper GST invoice?

Fitqii's own site does not say so. It describes payment management — connect a payment gateway, receive payments directly to your account, no service charge or commission — and its personal trainer page mentions handling "payments and invoices", but nothing on fitqii.com mentions GST, a GSTIN, tax invoices or Indian tax exports, as of 11 October 2026. If you need a GST invoice you should ask them directly rather than trust this page. Croodit treats GST as optional and off by default: turn it on per client or per invoice, and the monthly export comes out CA-ready in Excel, PDF or Tally.

I want workout plans and fee collection. Can I use both?

You can, and for some people that is the right answer, but be clear about what you are doing: there is no integration between them, so your roster lives in two places and you maintain it twice. It makes sense when the coaching side genuinely needs programming — a personal trainer writing individual workout and nutrition plans and tracking progress photos week by week. It makes no sense for a group class, where nobody gets an individual programme and the only thing that repeats is the fee.

Fitqii is on iPhone and Croodit isn't yet. Isn't that the whole decision?

If you are on an iPhone and need to collect fees this month, largely yes. Fitqii has iOS and Android apps for coaches and clients. Croodit is live on Android through Google Play, but its iPhone app comes later — that is the state of things on 11 October 2026 and no comparison table changes it. On an iPhone, the manual method costs nothing in the meantime and takes about two minutes: a PDF, a UPI link and a WhatsApp message. We wrote it up step by step. On Android, both are open to you now.

My studio has three instructors and a timetable. Which one?

Fitqii, or something like it. Croodit has no concept of staff, no instructor payouts, no class booking and no timetable — a second person in the business is the clearest line where Croodit stops being the answer. Fitqii's roster management, session manager and per-coach dashboards exist for exactly that, and its Prime and Business tiers are priced for a team. Croodit is built for one person who sells their own time.

Fitqii is a trademark of its owner and is not affiliated with Croodit. Everything above was taken from Fitqii's public site on 11 October 2026 and may have changed since — check fitqii.com before you pay.
